An innovative tool dedicated to the professional barista to guarantee perfect distribution of the ground coffee in the filter. A panel of coffee with a homogeneous density is the first step to avoid the "channeling" phenomenon, that is, that water finds preferential ways to cross the coffee and does not go to correctly extract all the soluble components.

The Metallurgica Motta leveler is made up of two parts, one black that rests perfectly on the edge of the filter and the other in steel (similar to a fan) which, by rotating, promises to distribute the coffee perfectly in the filter before pressing.

It is height adjustable to be used with any filter and dose.
