Gianni Cocco brings EDO Barista to Rete4

The Italian food and wine TV program Sempre Verde, presented by Luca and Daniela Sardella, which airs every Saturday on Rete4 welcomes the specialist program of the Maestro del Caffè Gianni Cocco.

The next appointment with the recipe from the Alta Caffetteria Italiana will be on 9 April at 12:55 and only during the episode will you be able to find out which tools will be used and how to reproduce the recipe at home. The basic idea is to use coffee, extract it in different ways and enhance its aromas, to create balanced and explosive drinks.
