EDO Barista at Sigep in Rimini

Meeting coffee lovers friends at the fair was great.

New products to talk to you about, interesting workshops, the Italian Coffee Championships that thrilled us for all five days... This is what makes Sigep so unique and a true celebration of the world of coffee in Italy. EDO Barista was a supporter of the Italian Barista Championships, Brewers Cup and Cup Tasters, the three disciplines that competed on the Riminifiera stage. While the Italian champions who have held the title since 2020 in the Latte Art, Coffee in Good Spirits, Ibrik and Roasting categories will compete for their World Championship at the World Of Coffee in Milan, next June.

Below are the Italian champions 2022:

- Matteo Pavoni, Italian Barista Champion

- Giacomo Vannelli, Italian Brewers Cup Champion

- Fabio Dotti, Italian Cup Tasters Champion (who will represent our nation for the second consecutive time)

Sigep is an unmissable annual event for coffee lovers; a meeting place as well as a chance to get to know and touch all the news in the sector.
