As a promoter of the Italian Championship 2017, Edo and his team will wait for you to SIGEP at Stand 095 Pav. D1

From 21st to 25th of January, at RiminiFiera a rush of professionals from the coffee, ice cream and pastry industries it is expected.

More than 200.000 visitors from 170 countries will attend the annual exhibition, which is becoming increasingly international and Horeca oriented.

This year the coffee chain has taken a significant place both as Expo and as Show: all the main companies will be there, and a massive presence of Italian baristas will be granted by the 7 coffee championships (valid for the international circuit of the World Coffee Events).

"EDO Barista is a brand born less than a year ago, and it is with great satisfaction that we are already able to participate to an important event like SIGEP”, Says Valentina Fonda, brand manager of EDO Barista, adding: "Thanks to the close relationship with RiminiFiera and SCA Italy we had the opportunity to give a small contribution for the promotion of the championships".

It was with pleasure that Edo Barista designed the aprons for both the judges of the championships and the volunteers of SCAE. For them and for the participants of the Ibrick (Sunday 22nd) and the Roasting championships (Tuesday 24th), there will also be a gift bag, with some useful coffee tools

"Last year, together with Nuova Ricambi and IMS FILTRI, we sponsored Davide Berti at CIGS Italian championship and then at the World Championships in Shanghai", adds Valentina, who continues: "This year we decided to give a direct support to the championships because we believe that the barista competitions are the perfect starting-point to communicate and promote the coffee culture and the barista profession”.
